Welcome to Boost Digital. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties to ensure a professional, transparent, and results-driven engagement.


1. Overview

Boost Digital is a global remote agency delivering full-scale solutions in:

  • Web Development & Design

  • Digital Marketing & Branding

  • E-commerce solutions

By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Scope of Services

Each project begins with a detailed discovery process. The agreed-upon scope of work will be defined in your project proposal or service agreement. Additional tasks or requests outside of this scope may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.


3. Payments & Invoicing

To initiate any project, we require:

  • 50% advance payment before the project commencement.

  • 50% final payment upon project completion, prior to final delivery or deployment.

All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in a delay of services or additional fees. (We use Payoneer)


4. Revisions & Change Requests

We value your input and offer:

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions during the production phase at no additional cost.

  • Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Substantial changes to the originally approved scope will be quoted and billed separately.


5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment:

  • All approved final deliverables become your property.

  • Boost Digital retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.


6. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

We provide 90 days of complimentary post-launch support, which includes:

  • Minor bug fixes

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • Guidance on usage

After this period, clients are encouraged to subscribe to our Website Maintenance Package, which includes:

  • Regular backups and updates

  • Security monitoring

  • Performance optimization

  • Monthly content updates

  • Priority support

Maintenance plans start at competitive monthly rates. Contact us for tailored packages.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

We commit time and resources from day one. Therefore:

  • The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • In case of project termination by the client, work completed will be billed proportionally.

  • Refunds are only issued for projects canceled before production begins, and are subject to processing fees.


8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback, content, and credentials.

  • Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

  • Make final approvals before deployment or delivery.


9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Boost Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue disruption, or system downtime arising from the use of our services.


10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of your operating region. All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the respective courts.
